We acquire our information through Freedom of Information requests to various government agencies and publicly available databases posted by governments and other agencies. Once we identify unclaimed assets for potential clients, we locate and contact the beneficiaries of these assets.
OUR APPROACH
E.B. Rich Research Inc. recognizes that today there are many scams victimizing individuals; we have designed our services to address the concerns of risk. We work on a pay-for-performance basis. There are no upfront fees or additional costs for our services. E.B. Rich Research Inc. will incur all costs associated with the recovery of the unclaimed assets. We do not ask for credit or bank account information. The recovered amounts are payable directly to our Clients. Our remuneration is contingent on successfully recovering the funds. We invoice our fee only after our Clients receive the amount. If there is no recovery, there is no fee for our service.

OUR RECOVERY PROCESS
We do all the work in claiming the unclaimed assets on behalf of our Clients. The process involves entering into a Contract detailing the terms of the agreement. The next step is to sign a document which authorizes E.B. Rich Research Inc. to work with the source of the unclaimed assets on our Client’s behalf specifically regarding the outstanding amounts.
- Our highly trained Researchers identify unclaimed assets using investigative techniques and our proprietary software from a whole host of sources.
- Once assets are identified our researchers, genealogists and heir finders work in determining and locating the entitled parties.
- We enter into a contingency fee contract with our clients
- We prepare all claim documents
- We submit claims with the source of the unclaimed assets
- We perform all follow up and tracking of the claim
- All amounts are issued in the Client’s name
- We invoice only after the amounts are received by our Clients
- The recovery process typically takes 4-6 weeks
